I have to admit that this,

This is just to try to make things right. It was the heat of the moment, I was trying to type fast and was being thrilled by President Bush's speech.

"Democrats act in a fiscally responsible manner! TIVO puts me behind, but it's a great line."

When I typed it in, I left out the "IR". It should have read as follows...

"Democrats act in a fiscally irresponsible manner! TIVO puts me behind, but it's a great line."

I hope that clears things up. I didn't mean to type poorly or leave out modifiers, but, well, I did. So, now you know.
