Stay well - Stay safe - Stay armed - Yorktown
This really ticks me off reading this story. I would rather die than have my guns confiscated.
And before they're done out here in California, they'll be seizing guns if you have so much as a parking ticket. All except those beloning to Diane Feinstein, of course.
I just did a private party transfer with a handgun for a friend. They put you through so much garbage!
My friend had to have a valid handgun certificate, valid drivers license, $30 for the transfer tax, $15 for a trigger lock, and now he has to wait 11 days to get the gun. In 2003 California is even putting more anti Constitutional restrictions on handguns. This state is so socialist/communist it make me sick. I am so glad that I am moving out of California in March 2002 .
And nobody does anything about it. Not the NRA. Not the CRPA. Nobody.
But just you so much as suggest that illegal aliens are not entitled to in-state tuition at the University of California and the ACLU will be all over you like a bad smell.
What can these organizations do about it? Most Californians delight in the more gun control and the Senators keep chipping the right to bear arms away. If most people in California want no guns, that's what they are going to get.
