Is this really a "drug" offense, or is it a "fraud" offense? Has Jeb really made a special case or rescued Noelle? Is Noelle a minor or is she an adult? From what I hear, she is 24 years old. Sounds adult to me. (or are we going to plea, like the 'Rats did with Monica Lewinsky, that she was a "poor girl who was confused"?)
Well, it turns out to be both and in terms of the law, the "fraud" aspect is the more serious of the two. And it really can't just be ignored because it's a "fraud" offense because well, you just to have to see the arrest photo to know that it appears to be more than just a minor "drug" offense. This does not appear to be one of those Friday night at the fraternity sort of things. I feel sorry for the kid because she looks pretty beat up.
