I think Noelle will be all right. Her mom has access to the best in the field in this area.

I'm hoping this arrest is a wakeup call for Noelle. Her parents may have all the connections in the world to the best rehab centers, etc. but until Noelle admits she has a problem, she can't and won't change. This is so sad, my prayers are going out for Noelle and the Bush family.
