You're welcome. I've worked a lot of years in law enforcement. Most of the time these are misdemeanor charges and like I stated difficult to prove. Did you know that if you or I were caught taking our spouse's medication we could be arrested for the same?

They'll get it under control and the state of Florida and the Republica will survive. I have to add, though, I LOVE these conspirary theories! NATURALLY this must be timed to undercut GWB (did Janet Reno arrange this? Hillary??). These days in the US it is not entirely unheard of for a kid to be arrested on some kind of drug charge. NOthing may come of it when it goes to court. And some kids DO by the way use drugs, despite lots of anti-drug education. I have to laugh, though, when I see some folks hint that it's a conspiracy and that now we might consider legalizing drugs. Sorry: I doubt it was a conspirary by Democrats (just a kid not to wisely experimenting) and we should NOT legalize these drugs (I suspect if Chelsea had been arrested we would not hear hints of a Republican conspiracy and suggestions that maybe we should legalize drugs). Jeb, his daughter, Florida and the Republic will survive -- but nothing is helped if a young person escapes at least stated responsibility for his/her actions...and the drug problem will NEVER be solved by legalization.
