I hate to say it, but the Bush Family are a bunch of misfits. Either G.W. is a boozie, his daughters are boozed out, or his brother has druggie kids.

I never took drugs and I am not a boozie (thank God for my right wing father!). I would repeal all drug laws and sign EXECUTIVE order and release all the druggies and boozies who commited no crime and let churches clean them up.
