I was prescribed Xanax by a family doctor for a very brief period of time -- only a few days -- to help me get past a very stressful situation. Luckily, I never had any need for it before or since. It was very calming and effective and I could see how someone could become dependent on it. That does not justify forging a prescription or whatever happened here. Still, I don't see how this can hurt GWB or even Jeb very much. It's nothing compared to what John ("The Pharmacist") Zaccaro, Jr. (Geraldine Ferraro's son) did.
