I agree with you. Commenting on one's looks is really such a waste of time. Those tempted to do so should ask themselves - could they ever say that to the person's face. If the answer is no, don't post it. On the other hand, if I knew someone who wore the same cotton pickin' outfit every single day, I could easily say - hey Hillary, people are beginning to wonder....

I'm glad to see this thread posted once again as it's obvious many have not seen it. I consider myself a guest at Free Republic and plan to act accordingly. The wit and wisdom of the other guests just makes my visits more enjoyable.

Let's face it -- it may be "assinine or ludicrous" but being the daughter of parents who's ulterior motive was to bring down the Republic is inevitably going to make her a proxy target in leiu of Hildabeest and the Liar-in-Chief themselves.

But then again, there may be the possibility of the apple not falling far from the tree...People might be anticipating that pre-emptively.

I agree with you. Bashing Chelsea for her looks is in bad taste. Leave the girl alone. If she says or does something stupid, then we can call her on it. Otherwise, let her live her own life.
