Sounds like a very good idea. The Turks would use the oil money a little more wisely anyhow and they are Muslims so no one should mind if they take over the Middle East.

I think the US should support reasonable governments but we have to quit propping out ignorant governments. Just like we have a right to support Israel---it offers it's citizens a reasonable standard of living, but we should not support the Saudis regime.
