Yes, I was in fact stunned. My sensibilities are not typically fragile. I frankly have always found the TV Funhouse segment is usually fairly innocuous, such as the "Presidents" as superheroes (always fun to see Reagan kicking butt and Carter trying to "reason" with the enemy). Even the "Ambiguously Gay Duo" I have to say has been quite hilarious.
No, this was quite different. Not at all funny, and quite vicious. They didn't seem to even care if the audience got laughs. It was simple, nasty propaganda.
If you happen to see the credits, you may notice there was an extra "credits" screen which has never before appeared. I presume these are the people responsible. I didn't catch the names. These persons should be the target of our ire.
