By the way, if it looks like it had to be suicide to you and it looks like it may have been murder to me. Who is jumping to conclusions?

You are.

The Harris County Medical Examiner ruled it a suicide.

Who ruled it a murder?

I can't imagine the guilt and shame that Baxter must have been feeling - to have cashed out at $30+million while co-workers and subordinates lost their jobs and retirement; to be privy to the iffy accounting practices while being unable to put a halt to them; to have lawsuits pending, the press hounding and family and friends trying to make sense of it all. This would be an inordinate amount of pressure to handle, even for a very strong, moral person.

You asked...."Who ruled it a murder?"

No one. I said, may be, an inconclusive statement. The ME could be mistaken.

In my scenario, you had drawn a conclusion and I had not. Therefore you would be the only on who could be jumping to conclusions.
