No matter what the circumstances of his death (suicide note, angle of trajectory, obvious motive) there are sure to be those who will claim foul play. The chances are 99.99999% that this was a suicide. Investigation won't eliminate that .00001% chance that it wasn't, so let's go with that slim chance, and build a theory on it!!

No matter what the circumstances of his death (suicide note, angle of trajectory, obvious motive) there are sure to be those who will claim that eight years of weird and timely deaths of critical personalities are immaterial to any suspicion of foul play. The chances are way less than 99.99999% that this was a suicide. Investigation...so far has not even started, but it's already been contaminated by moving the body. So what sense is there of trying to go with that slim bit of knowledge and build any kind of theory on it yet??

I certainly agree with you that it's most probable that he died by his own hand, and likely wrote the note himself, though the contents have yet to be released.

The question is, did he do so to in resopnse to a choice of doing so, or having something similar happen to his sixteen-year-old son or others for whom he cared.

Perhaps James Watkins, another Enron scandal figure, employed as a *telecommunications consultant* by the Enron financial partner firm of Arthur Anderson could tell us. If he too hadn't been found shot to death in his car, a piastol handy and a bullet in his head. Of course, it's not like he was found in Fort Marcy Park or anything....

Clintons old Basement Mafia must have found a new sewer to hide in and has their spin machine all oiled up. Too bad that 82% rateing un-spins their garbage. But they are real libs and never quit or change, what a life they must have.

Your theory will take hold if another Enron executive or insider shows up dead. Personally, I just blame Clinton like everybody else.

"I would say it's about 60/40 that people down here think he may have been Vince Fostered."

What, committed suicide? This implies that this man was too close to President Bush, and that somehow he worked in the White House in DC for President Bush. I think maybe this guy just committed suicide on his own decision.

"...The chances are 99.99999% that this was a suicide...

Please share with us the information you base this statement on. I hope we're not including, "Because the coroner said so" and calling this evidence.

The only facts I've seen released would make a pretty short list.
- 1: a man is dead of a gunshot wound
- 2: a gun is found nearby
- 3: a note exists, contents not released

These known facts would support any number of scenarios. Any statement that goes as far as "99.999% suicide" must be supported by additional facts.
