Yes, I have heard this before and my reply is the same - - these rodents should be "reassigned" to a basement somewhere. It would be far better to leave their postions vacant than to have them staffed with mischief-makers. There must be an effort to at least minimize the damage they can do until a way can be found to dump them or chase them away.
My suggestion for the most legal and least politically damaging method which the President can take to quickly resolve this issue. He goes to their offices, takes out a gun, and blows them away. He then signs a Presidential pardon of himself.
This is arguably legal, and would get the quick solution to this problem that you so desire. I am of the opinion that this may result in a certain amount of political fallout, don't you think?/sarcasm.
