EXACTLY!! He said nothing that makes any sense, and he must be getting pressure from someone to say this...on another note, here's another statement from Richard Reid's lawyer (gag) about the 9th count, to which he would not enter a plea:

(read: this is not verbatim, but you'll get the general idea) .... "we have a problem with this 9th count, which is plotting to blow up a ______ of mass transportation. We believe this only applies to boats, trains and buses, not 767's."

Righhhhhhttttttt.....when writing up this new law, we specifically left out 767's on this list. That way, there was always a loophole....SHEESH!!!!!!
