I am having some trouble that maybe one of the other frequent picture posters can help me with.... Webshots deleted two of my Lord of the Rings Albums earlier today. I assume because of copyright issues.

I have omitted all the photos that expressly SAY copyright on them and put the albums back up... (There should be six LOTR Albums, past my personal albums....)

My question is this... the photos that simply have a website address on them, ie: www.lordoftherings.net or imaldris.com, are those to be considered copyrighted, or are they assuming the photos will be copied and they are advertising... I have always assumed the latter, and that those photos are OK to copy and post. What is the truth, anyone know?
