I just googled around to find the answers, and have a bone to pick with whoever made up the test - or maybe just need an explanation.

I can see the Blue Ridge mountains from my house, and they look blue all year 'round. I said "mist or haze". Why is the answer pollen? Anyway, I only got 16 right, for a 48, if I am wrong about the Blue Ridge.

Mist or haze is correct.

I wondered about that answer also. I always thought it was the haze too.
