O'Reilly is not conservative. He is all over the place. Just because he is on Fox News Channel doesn't make him so. I think he is a hard hitter but the more I hear him, the more I see his inconsistencies. I don't think he has a foundation of belief. If anything, he is trying to be a populist, leaning strongly toward opportunist. Lately I have been listening to Hannity on the radio. I really enjoy his program. I doubt O'Reilly will be that easy on a captive audience's ear. Too shrill and stringent.

The left hate him. Check out democraticunderground.com. Anyone the left hates, I want on the air. He is more of a threat to them then Rush. Why? People who like him will not support the left. They may not be rockribbed consevatives but anything that TAKES power, time, attention away from the left is of value.
