The Jews don't kill off the Palestinians because they abhor the idea. No amount of American Veto has the power to hold them back. After 911 would we have held back because anyone asked us to have restraint? Political points only go so far. Arafats job is to get the Jews to slaughter the Palestinians so Egypt, Syria, Iran/Iraq and Saudi can justify nuking Israel. He could have had a state long ago. All he has to do is just say "We declare a state" and it is done. Arafats Egyptian ass could care less for the Palestinians Arabs, they are just bait in his meatgrinder to him.
