So then you are not referring to the basic human rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness being violated, you are referring to man-made laws. With that I can't argue because I am a firm believer in every community having the option to, by vote, enact standards and laws and that we are free to either abide by them or live elsewhere. However, that still does not address the basic premise of the question I posed to you asking you how prostitution, in the case I put forth, would violate your basic human rights.
