Rights, even those explicity identified by the Bill of Rights, have always been subject to regulation, and the 2nd Amendment is no different. The ol' "fire in a crowded theater" argument applies.

The "fire in a theatre" is not applicable. You place other people(personal property) in danger. The mere act of owning a weapon puts no one in danger.
