Real freedom for the majority as a result of common sense, not imaginary freedom for a select few deviants as a result of a philosophy.

Thats rich. "Freedom for the majority". Not to mention that whats "common sense" to one, may not be to the guy next door. Oh well. I love you dictator types who think you support a Constitutional government.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

What has Rudy done that is non-Constitutional? Please explain how I am a "dictator" type. I did not support Rudy's bid for a third term as mayor because established laws did not allow him to become mayor for a third term.

Thats the beauty of "common" sense - its common. When NYC tried a "new" philosophy under Dinkins (protecting the "right" of vagrants to defecate in public, considering panhandling as an occupation, etc), the city took on the "broken window" look. Violent crime flurished and gangs ran the streets. Tourists stayed away and citizens stayed indoors.
