Perhaps. No more so than asserting that libertarians think drugs and prostitution are the cornerstone of freedom. As far as "domestic tranquility" is concerned, do you think having the police running around in SWAT gear with automatic weapons and kicking in doors in the middle of the night is "soothing"?
