Please note that Junta had left the area and then had gone back to confront Costin...In my small town where my son played ball for 11 years before playing in High School, everyone knew the coaches and their backgrounds....They mainly coached because their kids were playing....

I remember hearing or reading somewhere that both men had a history of assaults - but I could have heard wrong. I've not followed this case closely, I've just picked up a few tidbits in passing.

So, that said, let me ask a question - was there any evidence that Mr. Junta knew Mr. Costin's background before the confrontation that led to Mr. Costin's death?

Once again-justice has NOT been served-because yet another judge has withheld vital information from the jury.

I wish the power to withhold evidence-would be stripped away from judges-along with several other discretionary powers.

It would also be nice to punish severely any judge-who by their actions-cause a dangerous person to be released into public-where they can continue to harm others.

Just last year-here in Texas-a judge set bail so low for a child murdering molestor to bond out-the sob got out the next day-and is at large. The judge refused to consider the feelings or anxiety about the possible release of the pedophile/murderer. In fact-it seems a large percentage of judges coddle pedophiles-it almost leads one to wonder if pedophilia is a problem amoung judges-they seem to favor their rights above the safety of children.
