It seems the newest 'rat line is that campaign contributions should be put into a fund the help the Enron employee's.

It seems to me a lot of this would be defused if the executives who took that huge bonus and stock options would form a fund to help out a bit. It would also protect them from lawsuits to a certain extent, plus I do think that they bear some moral responsibility for the 401K mess, if not a legal one.
