Well he was President during some the debacle in the 1980s so under his watch some of it took place. I don't know when the suits took place. Henry Hyde was sued in 1996 for his stint as director between 1981-1984 of Clyde Savings. So the suits were in some and maybe most a long time after the events.... but the Feds did sue
