We can fence all we want, but the point is that not ALL those who violate their visa are flight risks. Typically, those who be those with property, or higher income white collar jobs in the US. I appreciate that the rule of law and due process is sometimes inconvenient.

I do not see how, if they are given a speedy hearing, they are being denied due process.
