If this fails, and it probably will, it will make it all the more obvious that vouchers, in one form or another, are the only answer. Either real competition within public schools, or private/parochial schools with partial tax relief based on income of the parents, will be the only viable solutions left. It this money is wasted, it will make an even better argument that the system, as is, will not work, no matter what amount of money the taxpayer throws at it. I wish the majority listened more to the truth and less to the leftist machine, but hopefully this will be the last attempt to beat the dead horse of public education.....

The last attempt? You gotta be kidd'in. Is it like the big tax cut that you will receive, the surpluses for the next ten years or the one time amnesty program. WHEN, not if this fails this president will be having dinners with OBL having found more compassion & forgiveness. Remember he is the guy to New World Order put in (just as Carter after Nixon) to calm the sheeple down for another 20 yrs until their world order is completed. The time for action was 10 years ago.
