History shows that these so called lone voices of reason in Islam have fat unreal hopes in reality. Cultures which embraced Islam have become regressive and destructive in the long run whereas Christianity has progressed cultures and given hope to strive to be better. The ascendancy of Western Civilization has been due to Christianity with decline coming in when they abandon and forget their Christian roots of faith.
