Well then you must like the "state of incarceration", since Guiliani used that to clean up the city.

Geezus! You are dense. I’ll type it slowly for you:

I support locking up people for crimes that impinge upon the rights of others. Guiliani did that. Dinkins did not.

The drug laws that are responsible for exploding the state of incarceration in this nation often lock people up for crimes that do not directly infringe upon the rights of others. I do no support that.

Why is this simple concept so beyond your feeble mind’s ability to grasp? Are you stoned?

So a junkie on the street(not bothering anybody, just being a junkie) is just fine. I beleive Dinkins had the same policy.

Growing economy? Well then! You must support Bill Clinton, since his the economy during his administration was characterized by just that!
