I know what you were commenting on. The state of incarceration includes free abode, food, education and medical for all it's residents. And I'm sick of paying for it.

The solution is to stop locking up people who have committed no crime greater than screwing with their own health.

But you want to keep them locked up on my dime. I ask again - Why?

Let me ask you a question. You live in the NYC area don't you? Before Guiliani(Dinkins era) NYC did what you are now espousing. They didn't arrest anybody. Small, minor crimes were just let go. Junkies were on the streets.

Are you saying that you want to return to the Dinkins era NYC?
