Genesis 9:1-4: And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth. The fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every bird of the air, upon everything that creeps on the ground and all the fish of the sea; into your hand they are deliveredEvery moving thing that lives shall be food for you; and as I have given you the green plants, I give you everything

That means God gave us hemlock also. JMO, but I beleive that means after Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden for eating from the tree of knowledge, that man would have to discern himself what is good and bad.

Thanks, I CAN DISCERN FOR MYSELF. Certainly don't need help from someone who has no experience in these matters.

"...that man would have to discern for himself what is good and bad."

I agree. I suppose we differ on exactly which men are going to be 'allowed' to discern.

I would choose 'all men'; you, from what I've gathered, prefer lawyers to make these distinctions.
