I believe you have the floor. You were asked how a junkie on the street, not bothering anyone, affects you. Not that I care, as we are not discussing junkies or homeless people. I do not expect this news flash to impact your arguments, since it has already been pointed out to you several bazillion times If I saw a junkie shooting up on the sidewalk in front of my house I would say it was bad for my neighborhood and call local authorities. Do you(weinerdog.com) think it would be good for your neighborhood?
Would you(weinerdog.com) walk out to the junkie and say, "Mr. Junkie, I am a Libertarian, and since you are bothering no one, just shooting up, I as a "Libertarian constitutionalist" will respect your right to shoot up anywhere, anytime, and will not call the local authorities."

How does your scenario differ if the person was drinking booze instead of shooting up ?

You are not going to bait me into personally attacking you. That is the only possible reason for your idiotic posts. I am finished trying to communicate with you. You are going to say you won this argument, which is fine, if that gives you a woody. I would rather have you sitting in front of a computer than running around loose.

If the junkie was in my yard I would ask them to leave. If they didn't, then a call to the authorities would be in order. If they weren't in my yard and were not harrassing anyone, why is it my concern? What if they were having a beer or twelve? Is that any different? I don't feel the need to try and run people's lives for them. And anyone who thinks they know what is better for someone else is a little dictator wannabe. And for the record, I don't do drugs. Go figure.
