You can't get Hep B from travel to Mexico--unless you share needles with a junkie or have sex with a homosexual male. Hep B has very similar risk factors as does HIV.

Well there goes my trip to Mexico, where is a Democrat supposed to sun these days? ;)
But seriously, why is the CDC pushing vaccination of something that there is almost no way that a mother can give to her kid unless she's in a high risk group? Maybe it is for some company kickback from the manufacturer.

Actually, 30% of Hepatitis B cases are from unknown origin. Monogamous, straight, non junkie people can get this disease. What's even stranger is that people who acquire the disease from an unknown way are more likely to develop the serious chronic form of Hepatitis. Very strange. They are looking for some other method of infection.
