You may have noticed that I don't worry much about who knows me, likes me, or anything of that nature. I'm pretty comfortable with myself. I'm just here to discuss politics with people, and not much more than that.
It's certainly an admirable thing to defend your friends when you feel they're right, EV; it's also an admirable thing to be able to reasonably consider someone else's points before rejecting them out of hand. Maybe Dan has a point worth considering. There is a certain "Jim Jones" feel to some of this stuff, from where I sit. Is there one of you who could name something you see as an area of weakness in Alan Keyes? I haven't heard it yet. (Although some people who seem borderline have agreed that his ego is out of control.) How about you? Is there anything about him you feel could be changed or improved?
