During tough times, the first thing most of us put "on the table" is the expense side of our budget. I hope Mr. Loserman would support congress taking this same approach.
Cut spending. Then maybe we can talk about whether you get our extra taxes back.
These people amaze me. This is like arguing over whether the IRS should send us our refund checks (which return surplus tax dollars).

What is a surplus? EXTRA money! WHO should have the extra money? NOT Loserman, that is for sure.
Even as we speak he is over whining in Afghanistan. Rumsfeld should keep him off bases so as to preserve morale.

They just voted themselves a payraise, but I don't see them putting that money back on the table?? If giving me $300 was so bad then how much worse is $5500?? H e l l o ??
