Combat Air Patrol

I care not whether the thread survives or otherwise. I saw something unusual, reported it, gave further explanations, done.

Now if it WAS something newsworthy, and IF we ever hear about it in the news, I'll be able to say (mostly to myself), "Hey, I saw some of that happening!".

Based on Nelson's testimony, I am inclined to think it was just a refueling. Who knows though. In any case, it doesn't sound like there was a forced landing or anything so probably nothing sinister. Thanks for posting anyway. If people see something odd, they should post it here.

Thanks for posting your observations......not sure what's with all the kookburgers who are annoyed at your post. Guess they don't like their ostrich position to be disturbed.
