This seems like as a good a time as any to ask: What do these Wexford Senior Hurlers do? Are they some sort of Cricket Club? Rugby? You British Aisles folk got me so confused. Y'all need to learn some normal American sports. (Eeek, just more jiving y'all, please don't be cross.)

~hands on me hips~
Now where do I start with you?

I think for a start I better tell ye, I'm from the Republic of Ireland (so less of that British Isles mularkey! *grin*)

Now as for hurling being like cricket or rugby. Ehhhh....no!

Hurling is `the Riverdance of Sport'. The fastest game on grass. 15 men make up a team. They go out and use a sliothar (very hard, leather covered ball) and hurley sticks to puck a ball around the field. There are two ways of scoring. Under the bar between goal posts is worth 3 points. Over the bar, is worth a point.

Most of the play is in the air and it's Very, Very, fast.

After sex, it's the most enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Ooops, did I just say that? *LOL*
