I suspect these are the same jokers who where pushing that "Oceana" thing a few years ago.
I read about it for a while then lost interst when one report I'd read indicated they spent something like 5000 bucks on a model - a model that looked like they could have had a local high school drafting class build for about 15 bucks worth of foam board, a dollars worth of paint and a pizza (for the crew). (somehow having the model made in Norway made it Oh So much more...authentic.)
It's a crock.

17,000 families, 20,000 visitors and what was it 8000 staff? At 2.5 per family we're talkin what 70,000+ people on this thing at one time.....sounds crowded to me.
