I think we can add Buddy to the long list of Clinton casualties - it seems so many of his friends, associates, partners, and now PETS have died.

Rumor has it that Buddy had contacted a doggie psychic and was about to expose the real relationship between he and Bill! Even the part about Bill making him wear that stupid black beret!
