I'm not going to take the time to try to convence you of this, but the way you phrased your last post is generally not effective in persuading those that don't already agree with you. In fact the statement that I quoted is so hateful, ignorant and obnoxious that I'm tempted to believe that you're just playing with me. Unfortunately I've seen several people that stupid here so I suspect you're for real.
My mother is an 83 yo evangelical Christian in every sense of the word, and she's also retired schoolteacher and a liberal. So you're telling me that she's an anti-biblical satanic evangelical Christian.
Sit down and have a talk with a clergyman that you respect!
In the physical realm (politics) and certainly in the spiritual realm (light against dark, honest against lie, good against evil, God against not) this is basically a war. The side of our enemy is relentless. Ours tends not to be, but generally needs provocation to be stirred to action. It happens over and over.
I have often wondered if the conflict between the religious left and the conservative side will ultimately be decided on a battlefield (physical). If extrapolated out, I don't see how it cannot.
But I've read the back of the book; in the end we win.
"and I will make them to come and worship before you, and to know that I have loved you."
That was not spoken by Nostrodamus, liberal voters, or Edgar Caycee, or Mahatma Ghandi, or Gautama Buddha, or even Islam's Mohammed. Jesus said it.
