To: Trust but Verify
"Exercise! I started walking."

I lost 65lbs in 3 months by taking up bird-watching. I walked between 10 and 20 miles a day. By the 6th month I became a full-time guide. Kept off the weight for about 7 years and then quit smoking and injured my knees.

I really miss being bone-thin. Sigh.

Bird watching is great. We don't have any interesting birds here in the city.
