A Possibility that I did not think of. However, any spamming would only be internal to the FREEPER Server. Therefore, only a FREEPER would be spamming, and thus anyone caught spamming would lose their FREEPER privilages. I really don't think that the MA Freepers would want to spam any other freepers, afterall we are a minority in a largely communistic state.
