Is it unconstitutional to prohibit the sale of rotten meat?

Of course it is unconstitutional . - If I want to buy rotten meat to feed my dog, what business is it to you or to the state?

In any case, 'rotten' is in the eye of the beholder. -- You would be surprised what that 'well aged' beef smells & looks like, before it's cooked at the local Rotten Roscoes Steak House. -- If that meal makes you sick, prosecute the criminal that cooked it. If not, give that great chef a big tip.

You cultist clowns should get yourselves a life, and stop trying to micro-manage ours.

Sorry, the authors of the Constitution weren't insane.
