Indeed you can, since that would be covered under fraud, unless your customers know what they are getting. And then it's, quite properly, nobody else's business. There is no point in insulting someone's political philosophy unless you have some idea what it is. A better example to have used would be Typhoid Mary. Now that's a problem that will make libertarians backpeddle.
