If you wanna take the "real" Constitution, fine with me. ENFORCE ALL OF IT, especially the Bill of RIGHTS, you know, those wacky things the founders put there to LIMIT GOVERNMENT to its sole LEGITIMATE function, to PROTECT the people, NOT make war on them.
