Under Libertarianism, criminals would break down doors with impunity. Who would stop them?

And you are basing this ludicrous assertion on what grounds? Breaking and entering would be a crime under a libertarian government; in fact law enforcement would have more resources to prosecute crimes such as this because they wouldn't spend vast resources trying to monitor what chemicals adults ingest in the privacy of their homes.

He is basing it on avoidance of the question posed. He figures, like ANY JBT, that if you obfuscate and bob and weave enough, maybe they'll forget what they asked!

How would ownership be established? Who would enforce it? Vigilantes? Mercenaries? Street gangs? Hired thugs? The most heavily armed?
