Calling someone a moral-liberal implies that they live a morally liberal lifestyle in their own homes and personal life. That is not fair as it is not necessarily the case.

No one is able to help you with your word associations. Moral-liberal is NOT the same as libertine. Rather, being a moral-liberal is to be morally-permissive.

Selling and shooting a short barreled shotgun IS a crime. There are laws against. When they arrest you for it, the law provides for a number of due process safeguards. You get a lawyer. You get a jury. If convicted, you get three hots and a cot.

I don't take kindly to policies that punish the innocent. How can it be right to deny sick people their medicine just to make sure there aren't any "cheaters". It's a sadistic practice and unbefitting a civilized country.

I fail to see why it's anyone else's business if an adult chooses to ingest whatever substance, as long as he doesn't go frothing about in public.

Considering that the Libertarians want to allow anyone to purchase and consume any substance in any quantity for any purpose at any time for any reason, even unto agonizing death, your "medical purposes" argument falls pretty flat.
