your right there, in fact it screws up the meat - something to do about adrenelien.

Dog... YUM! Haven't had any since I was on Guam, but loved it when cooked on a spit grilled over charcoal.

Wish I could get away with grilling a couple of my neighbor's forever barking muts!

Yep. That's why the vast majority of the hunting that takes place in America does so in the early morning hours, before the critters have gotten themselves all worked up.
