In post No# 72 "The last time I talked to you the thread got yanked."

This is why it got yanked, I hope my "freedom of speech" is not stripped from me because of my convictions. But this guy doesn't want me to have the same liberties that he possesses.

To: WileyCoyote22 I really liked the thread yesterday where a_contender kept going on about the pope, the antichrist, and Roman Catholics being cookie eating idolators. I complained and the thread got deleted, but the poster did not get banned like he should have. I also like threads where the religious hyperright bait posters into arguments, and when they are confronted, they engineer a banning for the person who either caught them in a lie or fought back.

"ENGINEER A BANNING FOR THE PERSON WHO EITHER CAUGHT THEM IN A LIE OR FOUGHT BACK? Is that how "freerepublic" members do it? I am a bible believer. Am I not entitled to express my beliefs (and quote scriptures or use bible terms) to exercise my rights of freedom of speech? Does this poster, one_particular_harbour, truly believe in a free republic? Banning christians for quoting bible is not new to us. Worse has been done...

I can't see how you could rip on Catholics if you actually know your Bible history. Anyone who claims to be a Bible literalist should not be bashing the Catholic Church.

The earliest Catholic popes compiled, edited and distributed the earliest form of the Bible that we use today. The Bible in essence (as a compiled work) is a creation of the Catholic Church with inspiration from G_d.

Its hilarious to read anti-Catholic musings from those who proclaim to believe that the Bible is 100% accurate. Such Hypocracy.... and ignorance.
