I suppose you are referring to Genesis 2:19. However, where in that verse does it say that God created the animals after He created Adam? The statement And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; does not presuppose that this activity took place after the creation of Adam. You only assume this from the remainder of the verse: and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Sir, that sounds eerily like an ...."interpretation"... which is the point to all of this... Some things you just have to interpret... and there are as many interpretations as ministers. You just can't be literal all the time. Its not possible.
